Wizard Builder ("the App", "we", "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use our application.

2. Information Collection

The App collects and stores the following information locally on your device:

• User-Entered Data: Wizards, questions, answers, and all content you create and fill in the application
• Images: Photos you take using the camera or select from your gallery (only if you choose to use the image field feature)
• QR/Barcode Data: Codes scanned using QR/barcode scanner (if you choose to use this feature)
• Basic Technical Information: App version, device, operating system (for technical support purposes only)

3. Use of Information

The information you provide is used only for the following purposes:

• To enable you to create, edit, and run wizards
• To store your data locally on your device using SQLite database
• To share wizard results via WhatsApp, email, or import/export templates (only if you explicitly choose to do so)
• To provide app features such as statistics, backup, and import/export

4. App Permissions

The App requests the following permissions for its operation:

• Camera (CAMERA): Used to take photos for image fields in wizards. Photos are stored only on your device and are not sent to external servers.
• Image Storage (READ_MEDIA_IMAGES / READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE): Used to access images from your gallery to add them to wizards. Data is stored only on your device.
• Internet (INTERNET): Used to share wizard results via WhatsApp or email (only if you choose to do so). Not used to collect or transmit data to servers.
• Network (ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE): Used to check internet connection before sharing (optional).
• Notifications (POST_NOTIFICATIONS): Used to display notifications (if chosen in the future).
• Vibration (VIBRATE): Used for tactile feedback (optional).

5. Data Storage

All your data is stored locally on your device using SQLite database. The data includes:

• Wizards you created
• Questions and answers
• Images (if added)
• App settings

Data is not sent to external servers, not stored in the cloud, and is not accessible to us or third parties.

6. Information Sharing

We do not share your information with third parties. You can choose to share wizard results manually through:

• WhatsApp: Share wizard results via WhatsApp (if installed on your device)
• Email: Send wizard results via email application
• Import/Export Templates: Save wizard templates in JSON format for future use or transfer to another device

All sharing is done only at your explicit choice and you have complete control over the shared information.

7. Security

We use appropriate security measures to protect your information:

• Protected local storage on your device
• File access protection using FileProvider
• No data transmission to external servers
• No use of cookies or tracking technologies

8. Your Rights

You have the full right to:

• Access Data: All data is stored on your device and accessible through the app
• Delete Data: You can delete any data through the app. Uninstalling the app will delete all data
• Revoke Permissions: You can revoke permissions at any time in device settings
• Export Data: You can export all your data through the backup feature

9. Children

The App is not intended for children under the age of 13 (or other minimum age as required by law in your country). We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with information, please contact us.

10. Changes to Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any significant changes will be published on this page with the update date. We recommend checking this page periodically to stay informed.

11. International Data Transfer

All data is stored on your device only and is not transferred to other countries. There is no international data transfer.
